Bradley Delta Upsilon, Inc. (a.k.a. Corporation Board or Corp Board) was established for three main reasons: property management, undergraduate chapter advising and alumni involvement.
First, property management is an essential function. The alumni possess the necessary experience and skills to manage and maintain a proper living environment. Corp Board owns the chapter house and invests in the structure and protects the undergraduate chapter’s property and assets.
Second, Corp Board exists to guide, counsel and advise the undergraduate chapter. Advisement is needed in seven areas: administration, finance, fraternity relations, member education, public relations, rush and academics.
Finally, Corp Board exists to enhance and develop alumni involvement in the local chapter. Our objective is to broaden the scope of involvement by alumni and to give the Fraternity a better perspective in all of its operations.
Corp Board meets four times per year at the chapter house in Peoria; twice during the first semester and twice during the second semester. There are four officers (President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary) and up to thirteen directors. The undergraduate President and Treasurer are ex-officio members of Corp Board.
